This is one of  the popular  pastry workshops in Iskandar Puteri which conducted by my life care. In this bakery workshop baking class, we are teaching pandan steamed sponge cake.  This workshop is specially design for the public to learn in an easy way with hand on practice.

This workshop will build participants knowledge and techniques about the basic technique of making pandan steamed sponge cake. Learners will learn essential skills such as the recipes and methods of preparing for pandan steamed sponge cake.
