THE ORIGIN AND HISTORY OF THE IDEA
MY Life Care’s retirement living concept originated from Japan since 1961, NAKAGIN Retirement Village, by the founding president –Watanabe Yukura.
Seeing the needs for aging population, we studied the concept of the society welfare from developed countries such as Taiwan and Japan. We adopted this concept and enhanced it to caters suitable mid-high range facilities to the elderly around us.

The abbreviation of CCRC (Continuing Care Retirement Community). It means continuing to take care of the living environment of retirees . The concept was designed by American retirees to experience a healthy and happy life in a Second Life environment.
